CPU usage on chrome when visiting any website

I want to report my finding about eagleget extension on chrome

This applies when eaglet is opened or close and the extension is enabled or disabled on chrome

When I visit random websites, I open chrome's task manager and windows task manager to monitor CPU usage, I always see eaglet using some CPU, up to 5% according to the process ID
most of the time, I close eagleget (on system tray) and disable the extension (grays out with an ! - Eagleget has disabled) but it still consumes CPU and monitor stuffs, heavily slows down the browsing speed and battery life

I'm using windows 8.1 laptop, Slimjet browser x64, 8Gb of RAM, Core i7-3630QM

Please fix it. When I disable eagleget on chrome, it should consume 0% or <1%

thank you
